A Short Story About Me

We have always been aware of the fact that History favours risk-takers. So, I always did something that I was a little not ready to do. This is how people grow. It is always said that the difference between a successful person and a failure is not that one has better abilities or ideas, but the courage that one has to bet on one’s ideas, to take a calculated risk and to act.

In the last decades of the twentieth century that is in 1972, My father Shri G.S. Banga established the company named ‘Victora Tool Engineers Pvt. Ltd’, Faridabad which is renamed in 2022 as Victora Industires Pvt. Ltd. Since then I have never turned back and with all my dedication, persistence and hard work the company has spread its wings wide enough to reach Haridwar, Maneser and Gujarat, Pune with many of its units in Faridabad. Finally, it has achieved its biggest milestone in the year 2017 when a Technical Agreement with Uchida Company of Japan was made.

I formerly believed that there is no limit to learning, growth and development. In the era of technological advancement and digitization, I have always been able to churn out something “out-of-the-box'' to meet the high-end demands of the customers to be ahead in the league. Although I never have had much resource and knowledge, with the help and support of my family and friends and, by keeping myself enlightened with the change of time, I have been able to meet my targets.
